Cancellation Policy
All payments and associated fees plus taxes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. You will be charged a $25 fee to rebook a No Call No Show and must be paid prior.
Package and Session Purchase Policy: If you purchase a package, you will have 45 days to complete all sessions purchased or your package will expire unless otherwise noted. An expiration date will be attached to every package purchase. Once your package has expired, you will lose all remaining treatments no exceptions. If you are out of treatment for 2 consecutive weeks, your plan package will become null and void. In order to continue treatment additional sessions must be purchased. Any single treatment session purchase must be used within 30 days of the purchase date unless otherwise noted.
